2 Modes: QR Generator (for provided iPad) and Front Desk (track users and typically on desktop).
Auto generates unique QR Code for consumers to scan to Check In and Check Out.
Display consumer profile name & image, emergency contact, Check In's, how long users on site, and Check Out's.
Ability to distinguish first-time location visitor vs. repeat visitor.
Access to manually check out users as needed.

Gym Partner Web Apps UX/UI Design
POPiN connects users to premium, membership-only fitness clubs while providing the flexibility of only paying for their exact time spent.
Along with a consumer mobile app, gym partner web apps were created.
Create designs for gym partner web apps for the front desk, local admin, and account administrator roles.
Web apps must work in conjunction with consumer mobile app and have elements of data visualization.

Admin Key Screens
Local admin shows data visualization and user management for one location within a multi-property gym company.
Account admin would show data visualization and user management for all locations within a multi-property gym company.
Local / Account Admin:
The above designs are next phase designs that are being developed in stages. Currently, partners have the front desk web app and the more basic version of the local/account admin web app. The other navigation pages will be added as the Android consumer app is launched and as more users are acquired.
The main challenge here was that I was unable to interview gym partners nor test these designs. I had to create empathetic assumptions on user goals and needs. I did, however, conduct 1 interview and design review with a non-gym partner (Crunch Fitness) manager to gain some insights on features she would theoretically need or like to have.
